Real-Time Management Multi - Station Capability
Products ordered by the waitstaff are displayed on the kitchen monitors in real-time. This real-time integration reduces the risk of delayed orders, and is especially beneficial in establishments were the manual “firing” method is used. PixelPoint KDS has the ability to route orders to specific stations, and to a master terminal. In most cases, orders are displayed on a master terminal (usually used by the expediter) and to the corresponding station (i.e. grill, salad, etc).

This type of setup minimizes mistakes and ensures that the person responsible for making an order receives a visual display of the actual order.


PixelKDS can also consolidate orders for summary totals, during peak periods. These summary totals include all items in the queue, regardless whether it is on or off the screen. 

This feature ensures that the correct amount of items are made, and all orders are correct

PixelKDS has the ability to consolidate orders on screen, for quick reference. This is ideal for high volume environments, and during peak periods.
Configurable Screen
Operators using PixelKDS can configure the monitors to display 4, 8, or 16 orders at a time, on dual monitors.. This gives users the flexibility to view more orders as volume increases.
