PixePoint’s interface with leading property management systems allow users to view different folios, prior to posting transactions. Users can view guests’ folios directly from the POS, reducing the risk of errors during posting. Using PixelPoint’s authorization manager (CreditCheckTM), PMSConnect can interact with a front desk system’s authorization software. This interface is especially helpful in properties where folios are assigned a certain account limit. With PMSConnect, a waiter/bartender can pre-authorize a guests’ folio for account limits, and immediately inform a guest of any limitations in their account.
