Shift Counter
Counts the total number of shifts on the schedule.

Hours Counter
Counts the total number of scheduled hours for the day.

Wage Calculator
Calculates the total amount of wages for the current day, as well as the entire schedule. This feature allows you compare the schedule against budget constraints.

Schedule Monitor
StaffTime constantly monitor’s your schedule progress and displays the current schedule’s wage cost, or the number of shifts.

Integrated Availability

StaffTime is fully integrated with PixelPoint 2000’s employee setup database. The Employee Setup Database contains an employee’s personal profiles, as well as his/her schedule of availability.

StaffTime uses the employee’s availability as a base for schedule creation, giving you an easy, visual display whether an employee can or cannot work, work preferences, and number of hours preferred. The system also warns you of any schedule conflicts at the time of entry.

Labour Forecasting

StaffTime efficiently forecasts your shifts schedule, by providing you with the average amount of shifts that were scheduled at a particular time. This average is calculated over the past three schedule periods.

Punch Authorization Manager

Reduce your labour costs by controlling employee clock-ins and clock-outs. This System Agent is tied directly to your schedule, thus allowing employees to clock in and out only at the properly scheduled time.

Customizable Pay Rate

Though pay rates are normally a constant value, there maybe instances when it might require you pay an employee at a different pay rate than his/her normal wage. With StaffTime, you can easily adjust an employee’s pay rate for a specific shift, without changing his/her normal wage.

Easy to Use Interface

Search String
Allows you to search for specific name or display names starting with entered string.

Schedule By Job Position
Allows you to view employees belonging to specific Job Position.

Time Intervals
Allows you to divide the schedule by selected interval time

Multiple Shift Type Capability
Allows you to enter non-working hours, which are not normally on the employee’s availability. This feature allows you to indicate vacation time, requested time off, suspensions, and etc. As well, this feature allows you to schedule breaks, if necessary.

Colour Coding
Each shift type can be designated with a specific colour code for your ease of use.

Shift Display Options
With StaffTime, you can choose to enter/view schedules by shift per hour, or per day. This feature is especially helpful in situations where there is a large number of employees, or situations where shifts are scheduled in pre-set blocks (i.e. three shift cycle of 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am).

QuickAdd Shifts
Creating schedules has never been easier with StaffTime’s QuickAdd functions. For simple schedules with repeated starting/ending shift times

(i.e. cycle schedules), you can easily set an employee’s starting hour to end till closing time, or an employee’s ending hour to start at opening time.
