Unique Reference ID
The reservation system automatically assigns a unique Reference ID No. for each reservation booking. This feature increases your efficiency as you are able to easily find, adjust or confirm any reservation.

Integrated Membership
PixelPoint’s integrated membership features allow you to store customer information in the membership database, for use in future bookings. With this feature, you can track your customer’s visits, add client points (if you are using a client retention program), and list any special requests that they may have.

Type of Reservations
Ensure that each booking gets the requirements for things such as menu, and seating arrangement, with the help of TableTime’s Reservation Label. This feature

allows you to label reservations at the time of booking, to indicate at the front end, the nature of the booking – corporate, birthday, retirement, etc.

Section View
TableTime allows you to filter seating capacity by different sections at the time of booking. For example, if someone if booking a reservation in the non-smoking section, by filtering the seating capacity to only show the non-smoking area, you can quickly inform the guest of the feasibility of the reservation.

Fast Search Capability
TableTime gives you a variety of options when searching for reservations at the time of guest arrival. You can either search through the Membership database, manually input their unique reference ID, or if you are using membership cards, just simply swipe their card

Partial/Exact Matches
Whether it is for a reservation that has arrived, or a guest on the waiting list, Table Time, shows you a view of all partial and full matches for table availability vs. reservation/seating request. This feature assists you in reducing the guests’ queuing time, as you can give them the option to take partial matches for their requests, in the event that their request is unavailable

For example:
A guest requests a table for 4 in non-smoking. Very quickly, you can filter the seating availability to show how many tables are available in non-smoking if any, and if that section is full, you can tell the guest immediately how many tables/seats are open in other parts of the establishment
